September 23, 2017 - Tyler Millwood Attends Alabama State Championships at EAMS

Friday found Tyler Millwood in action at East Alabama Motor Speedway (Phenix City, Alabama) for the opening night of the 45th annual Alabama State Championships. In a field of 31 Super Late Models, Millwood locked his spot into the $2,500-to-win A-Main with the third fastest time in his qualifying group. Rolling off 5th, Tyler slipped back to a 19th place outing in the 25-lap affair. Returning on Saturday for another $2,500-to-win feature, Tyler timed in fifth fastest in his group positioning him 9th on the starting grid for the feature. September 3, 2017 - Millwood Competes With Chevy 525 Series Over Labor Day Weekend

On Saturday night Tyler Millwood kicked off Labor Day weekend at Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia) for the Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series sanctioned opener. With 23 cars signed in for the Down in Dixie 30, Millwood timed in 20th fastest overall locking him on the tenth row for the $2,000-to-win A-Main. Holding his spot for all 30-laps, Tyler logged a 20th place outing. The following night brought 24 cars to Rome Speedway (Rome, Georgia) for the Hoosier Race Tire South 100. Earning the 11th-starting position for the $10,000-to-win feature via preliminary events, Tyler fell eight spots in the 100-lapper to place 19th.
